Cancellation
In principle, once payment is confirmed, cancellation or changes cannot be made. If necessary, please contact the person in charge or customer service. We will evaluate each case individually.

Return Policy
For defective products and shipping errors in China, accepting returns with the return shipping fee borne by us according to Chinese business practices is acceptable. If defects or damages are discovered after the product reaches the buyer’s region and the reason falls within our service scope, we will propose a compensation plan accordingly. If the issue is not caused by us, we will not offer compensation. In such cases, even if the return negotiation is successful, the sales contract is usually within China. Therefore, depending on different trade terms, both parties will be responsible for different international shipping fees, tariffs, and other charges.
Returns have a deadline, so if the return deadline has passed, the contract becomes void, and no refund will be issued. We are not responsible for such damages.

Refund Policy
(1) Even if the product is returned, the commission paid by the company cannot be refunded. If the returned product is defective or the estimated price is not met, the refund will be processed after the final shipment settlement.
(2) If you request a refund, we will refund it to your designated account within 2 working days.
(3) If the buyer requests a refund of the remaining amount, the transfer fee shall be borne by the member. If the refund transfer fee is for the convenience of our company, it will be borne by us.

Disclaimer
(1) When the product is counterfeit or damaged during transportation, the warranty is covered by the terms of the responsible company.
(2) When the information declared by the buyer is incorrect.
(3) When goods cannot be delivered due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, etc.
(4) When products cannot be delivered due to war, coup, riots, labor disputes, etc.
(5) When products are returned, confiscated, or destroyed by Chinese customs or customs of other countries.
(6) Due to China’s unique transportation and customs clearance situations, delivery may be delayed, but we are not responsible for any damages caused thereby.
(7) If defective products arrive, we will negotiate a return or exchange, but the sales store may not always respond.
Losses of sales opportunities due to delayed responses or notifications, damages caused by price and exchange rate fluctuations, etc., shall not occur.
For any damages caused by issues outside our company’s management or unforeseeable reasons, system interruptions, downtime, data loss, unauthorized access, or damages related to the use of our services, our company is not responsible.
Our company does not guarantee that users will not receive damage from harmful programs such as computer viruses while using our website.

For any damages caused by unforeseeable reasons (such as natural disasters, political passivity, or other force majeure reasons) leading to delayed transactions or inability to continue transactions, transfer or accept funds, or continue transactions, the company is not responsible.
The company shall bear the damages, losses, and expenses suffered by the buyer’s service (including but not limited to accidents, criminal acts, and damages caused by contract termination). Furthermore, for damages, losses, or expenses caused to members due to interruption, suspension, unavailability, or change of service, based on the terms of this article, including cancellation of buyer registration and other reasons, the company is not responsible. The “damages, losses, and expenses” mentioned in the previous or this article not only refer to direct and general damage compensation but also include profit loss, loss of business opportunities, data loss, business interruption, and other indirect, special, consequential, or incidental losses, including attorney fees.
