batteries. The main test items are: no-load voltage, AC internal resistance,
AC internal resistance, charging current, charging voltage, discharging current,
load voltage, over current protection current, and over current recovery voltage.
Test of short circuit protection time. The system uses a 32-bit ARM processor,
and the voltage and current use 16-bit AD converters. Compared with similar
devices, the test speed is faster, the test accuracy is higher, and multiple
devices can be operated simultaneously. Widely used in automotive electronics,aerospace, marine, solar energy storage, electric bicycles, electric

Test items
- No-load voltage: test the voltage between the positive and negative terminals
of the open circuit of the battery.
- AC internal resistance: test the resistance of the battery’s open and negative
terminals.
- DC internal resistance: test the resistance value at both ends of the battery
discharge circuit
- Discharge test: test the continuous load capacity of the battery, and let
the battery continue to discharge for a certain period of time to check the
voltage drop.
- Discharge overcurrent test: test the battery’s high current discharge
protection function. The battery’s high current discharge triggers the battery
protection board’s discharge over current protection function.
- Short-circuit protection: test the positive and negative battery
short-circuit protection time (microsecond level).
- Charging test: test the battery continuous charging function, and test whether
the battery charging function is good.
- Charging overcurrent test: test the battery high-current charging protection
function. The battery high-current charging triggers the battery protection
board charging current protection function.
